"BEFORE I DECAY" is the eighth major single released by the GazettE, eighteenth overall and last single with KING RECORDS. The title track was used as the theme song to the Japanese release of the movie Fast & Furious 4. This was their first single since "Cassis" to be labeled as "Limited" and "Regular", since their other major singles were all labeled as -Optical Impression- (with DVD) and -Auditory Impression- (without DVD).
The single reached #2 on the Oricon charts, and charted for six weeks.
