- Information
"BEFORE I DECAY" is the eighth major and 16th overall single released by the GazettE. It is also their last single with KING RECORDS. This was their first single since "Cassis" in 2005 to be labeled "limited" and "regular" since their major singles were all labeled "Optical Impression" (CD+DVD) and "Auditory Impression" (CD only). This was released in two different versions: a limited CD+DVD edition coming with the title song's PV, and a regular CD only edition with a first press bonus of a 24-page booklet. The title song was used as the image song of the Japanese release of the movie Fast & Furious.
The single reached #2 on the Oricon charts, where it charted for six weeks and sold 37,141 copies.
