"a Day in Our Life" is ARASHI's seventh single. The title track was used as the theme song for the dorama Kisarazu Cat's Eye, starring Sakurai Sho. The song samples Shounentai's seventh single "ABC". It was a limited edition single and the first to be released in the J Storm label. This single reached #1 on the Oricon charts and charted for 11 weeks. It sold 378,050 copies, becoming the #21 single of 2002.
