Information

"Momo no Hanabira" is Otsuka Ai's debut single. It was written, composed, and co-arranged by Ai herself. It was first released in CD only format on September 10th, with the CD+DVD edition following weeks later on October 1st. The DVD included the title track's promotion video and a making flash. The main track was used as the opening theme for the NTV dorama "Suika". The single reached #24 on Oricon charts and charted for 21 weeks. It sold 6,848 units in it's first week and the most recent figures show that it sold a total of 44,822 units. Cyndi Wang did a Mandarin Chinese cover of the song called "Ai De Hua Xiang Yi".
