Ikiteitemo Ii Desu ka is the seventh album released by Nakajima Miyuki. The song "Ikoku" was used as the theme song for the dorama Kita no Kuni Kara. The LP version reached #1 on the weekly Oricon charts and charted for 27 weeks, selling 253,000 copies while the MT version reached #1 on charts and charted for 20 weeks, selling 76,000 copies. In total, the album sold 329,000 copies.
