"Precious Time" is the ninth single released by SPEED. The title track was used for a CM to promote Epson Colorio printers. After four consecutive number 1 hit singles, "Precious Time" is their first single since "Wake Me Up!" not to take the number 1 spot. The single reached #2 on the weekly Oricon charts and charted for 13 weeks selling 353,400 copies in the first week and 622,580 sold to date, making it the #32 single of 1999.
