Hello! Project COUNTDOWN 2013 ~GOOD BYE & HELLO!~ is a DVD released by Hello! Project. It features footage from their Hello! Project Countdown 2013 ~Hello & Good Bye!~ concert on December 31st, 2013 at Nakano Sun Plaza. The concert was made available for national live viewing; you could purchase tickets and see the show at the local cinema.
In addition to all the members from Hello! Project, graduated members also took part in this concert. Several other acts from Hello! Project's agency also participated.
The news of an announcement of the debut of a new group was also revealed at this concert between Tasaki Asahi & Hasegawa Moemi, named Bitter & Sweet
