"Te wo Tsunagu Riyuu" is the 32nd single released by Nishino Kana. It was released in two versions: a limited CD+DVD edition and a regular CD edition. Each edition came with a first-press sticker. "Te wo Tsunagu Riyuu" was used as the October theme song for the TV show Sukkiri!!, while "One More Time" was used as the Lenoir Happiness CM song.
