"Tanjou / Maybe" is the 27th single released by Nakajima Miyuki. "Tanjou" was used as the theme song for the movie Kiseki no Yama Sayonara, Meiken Heiji while "Maybe" is the commercial song for Panasonic Brondby. The single reached #13 on the Oricon weekly charts and charted for 7 weeks, selling 69,150 copies.
