"Ultimate Velocity" is the fifth album (first east west japan album) releaased by PENICILLIN. This was simultaneously released with many second pressings of older releases that were originally released through PIONEER LDC. The limited first pressing grants a slipcase. The album reached #2 on the Oricon chart, where it charted for five weeks.
