Ultimate Velocity is the fourth major and fifth overall album released by PENICILLIN. It is their first album released through east west japan, and also their first to not have a video counterpart. This was simultaneously released with many second pressings of older material that was originally released through PIONEER LDC. The limited first pressing grants a slipcase. The album reached #2 on the Oricon charts, where it charted for five weeks. This is currently their highest charting and best selling album.
