UNION JAP is the fifth major and sixth overall album released by PENICILLIN. This is their second and last original east west japan album, and their last major album until the release of hell bound heart in 2005. The last track is the single "NICE IN LIP+L", which until this hasn't been released on a studio album. The limited first pressing grants a radomly chosen member trading card. The album reached #19 on the Oricon chart, where it charted for two weeks.
