"Yoru wo Buttobase" is the seventh single (fifth PIONEER LDC single) released by PENICILLIN. Includes a new version of their song "QUARTER DOLL" that was originally track #3 from their third mini-album "INTO THE VALLEY OF DOLLS". Also includes a cover of the 1988 Cheap Trick song of the same name. The title song was used as TX's "American Gothic" ending theme song. The single reached #18 on the Oricon chart, where it charted for three weeks.
