"BLUE HEAVEN" is the 12th album (third avex trax album) released by PENICILLIN. This was released in two different versions: a limited CD+DVD edition and a regular CD only edition. The limited edition comes with a 24 page booklet and a DVD of【PENICILLIN TV vol.7】; a special, the PV and its making of of "Grind Candy", and a members interview. This was also released two weeks after their 15th anniversary, and is the last release with GISHO as a member. The album reached #87 on the Oricon chart, where it charted for a week.
