BLUE HEAVEN is the seventh major and 12th overall album released by PENICILLIN. It is their second album released through avex trax. This was released in two different versions: a limited CD+DVD edition and a regular CD only edition. The limited edition comes with a 24 page booklet and a DVD of PENICILLIN TV vol.7; a special, the PV and its making of of "Grind Candy", and a members interview.
