"Ophelia" is Kaya's third major single, and seventh in total. The title is inspired by the character Ophelia from the tradegy Hamlet by Shakespeare. The pose on the cover is similar to the Sir John Everett Millais painting "Ophelia" (1852). Kaya's costume is a collaboration with the Lolita fashion clothing company BABY, THE STARS SHINE BRIGHT.
