"Kagerou" is SCANDAL's third indie single. It ranked #1 on the Tower Records Indie Charts. It also reached #122 on the Oricon charts and charted for one week. The single came in a CD+DVD format only and was exclusive to Tower Records. The DVD contains the PV for "Koi Moyou", which depicts SCANDAL as anime characters.
