The song is also the first of many song with lyrics written by TAKUYA and YUKI, which are credited to "Tack and Yukky". The song first appeared as the B-side on the re-cut single, "DAYDREAM". A remix of the song later appeared on the band's second studio album, Orange Sunshine.
