Nagata Ruriko (永田ルリ子) was member #18 of the idol group Onyanko Club.

Information
Nagata Ruriko first got her start when she joined the idol group Onyanko Club after winning the Yuuyake Nyan Nyan-sponsored contest in 1985. She begin to sing the main vocals on many of Onyanko Club's songs, starting with the single "Otto CHIKAN!" in 1986. She would also serve as a MC with Tunnels on various corners on Yuuyake Nyan Nyan.
Nagata had hopes that she would have a solo career. However, the label director rejected that idea for unknown reasons. However, she become an "unofficial" leader with Jounouchi Sanae when most of the older members graduated by April 1987. After Onyanko Club broke up, Nagata married a TV manufacturing company director and retired from the world of show business.

- She is close friends with former members Nitta Eri, Nakajima Miharu, Shiraishi Mako, and Watanabe Marina.
