Shimizu Nobuyuki (清水信之) is a Japanese composer, arranger, and keyboardist. Ever since he was in a child, Shimizu learned how to play the piano and would play in his elementary class. While in college, he played alongside EPO, Sahashi Yoshiyuki, and mentor Matsuoka Naoya. He also joined the band MASH from 1981 to 1982. At that same time, he began to compose and arrange for artists including his first work, EPO's "U, Fu, Fu, Fu".
In 1994, he married singer Hiramatsu Eri until their divorce in 2005.
