T-ARA X'mas Premium LIVE (T-ARA X’mas プレミアムLIVE) is the first concert tour in Japan by T-ARA. The tour was only available for people who purchased their second Japanese single "yayaya" and signed up for the concert online. Tickets were not sold separately. The Osakan concert was recorded and later released on the Diamond Edition of T-ARA's first Japanese album Jewelry box.
