"How are U?" is Arashiro Beni's seventh single. This was her first single not to chart on the Oricon charts. The main track was used as NHK's Creating a Sensation☆ in English Education ending theme. It was also used as the theme song for the Circle K Sunkus THINK BODY PROJECT Orion "Surrender" Fall 2006 commercials. Surrender was the image song for Nippon Television Network series NFL Club.
