"How are U?" is the seventh single released by Arashiro Beni. This was her first single not to chart on the Oricon charts, and is the last single to be released while Arashiro was still a member of the Pony Canyon produced idol group Bishoujo Club 31. The titular track was used as the commerical theme songs for Circle K Sunkus' "THINK BODY PROJECT" and Orion Beer's "Southern Star" products, and was also used as an ending theme song for NHK's program Shinkankaku☆Keyword Eikaiwa. The single did not manage to chart on the Oricon charts.
