fripSide PC game compilation vol.2 is the second compilation album released by the second generation of fripSide. People who booked the album include a second CD with a new song unreleased before, "passion fruits".
The song "Hesitation Snow" was used as the opening theme for the game Hatsuyuki Sakura; "before dawn daybreak -version 2015-" is the Nanjo Yoshino version of the song used in the game of the same name, Before Dawn Daybreak; "sword of virgin" was used as the opening theme for the game Koiken Otome; "fortuna on the Sixteenth night" was used as the opening theme for the game Izayoi no Fortuna, while "with the light" was used as ending theme of the same game; "glow in the darkness" was used as the opening theme for the game Minamijuujisei Renka; "Blaze of Reunion" was used as the opening theme for the game Koiken Otome ~Revive~; "keep your promise" was used as the opening theme for the game 1/7 no Mahoutsukai, while "join forces" was used as ending theme of the same game; "absolute wish" was used as the opening theme for the game Hana Hime * Absolute!; "precious time" was used as the ending theme for the game Hanasaki Work Spring!; "passion fruits" was used as the ending theme song for the game Ningyou Yuugi-sha "Alice Mapped".
