Kaede (楓) is a member of the Japanese pop vocal and dance unit Happiness. In her first year of middle school, she began to attend the dance school EXPG in Tokyo. Afterwards, she appeared at EXILE's events, music videos and on tour as a background dancer. In the spring of 2009, it was decided that she would become a member of the LDH unit Happiness among other EXPG students, and her official stage name became KAEDE. In 2013, she changed her stage name to her name in Kanji.
