- Information
"Follow Me" is the first digital single released by the collective group E-Girls, which was later released as their third physical single. It was released in three versions, a limited CD+DVD edition, a regular CD Only edition, and a mu-mo edition featuring only the title track. The song "Himawari (E-Girls Version)" is a cover of the original from Dream. The single reached #2 on Oricon charts and charted for 16 weeks.

- Due to the increase of members, starting from this single, LDH used a new system for the release of singles where the girls are required to undergo a period of training and afterwards, the girls who excelled and fit the image of the single would be chosen to participate.
- First release to include bunny members Takebe Yuzuna, Hagio Misato, Inagaki Rio, Takeda Kyoka, Ishii Anna, Yamaguchi Nonoka, Oishi Miyuu and EGD member Ikuta Risa. Also it is the first and last release to include Yamamoto Runa, Hanayama Mizuki and Vats Mira to the E-Girls line-up, although they does not appear on this single.
