Bitter & Sweet is the fouth studio album released by BENI. It is also her first album under the the Universal Music Japan label and the first to use her new stage name BENI. This was released in two different versions: a limited CD+DVD edition coming with a DVD containing music videos and a regular CD only edition. The album reached #5 on the Oricon weekly charts, where it charted for 18 weeks. It became the 78th highest-selling album of 2009, and is also her highest-selling album to date with over 100,000 copies sold.
