Information

BLAU is the debut album released by Aoi Eir. It was released in three versions: a limited CD+Blu-ray edition A, a limited CD+DVD edition B, and a regular CD only edition. The limited editions come with a 48-page photobook and a special sleeve case. The title of the album,``BLAU´´, means BLUE in French.

The album includes seven songs, "AURORA", "INNOCENCE", "Avalon Blue", "Frozen Eyez", "Lament", "MEMORIA" and "GLORIA", that was previously release, as well as eight new songs for a total of 15 tracks.

The songs "AURORA" was used as the fourth opening theme song for the anime Mobile Suit Gundam AGE; "INNOCENCE" was used as the second opening theme song for the anime Sword Art Online; "Avalon Blue" was used as the opening theme song for the show "Rank Oukoku," and as the ending theme for the show "Bakuro Night" in 2013; "MEMORIA" was used as the ending theme for the anime Fate/Zero; "GLORIA" is a cover of the song with the same tittle and was previously release in the tribute album of YUI.

The song "Avalon Blue" was released two week earlier to promote the album as a digital single.
