Kameda Seiji (亀田誠治) is an arranger/producer who currently plays bass with Tokyo Jihen.

Born in New York on June 3rd, 1964. Since his childhood he learned classical guitar and piano, and started playing bass guitar when he was 14. When he was studying at Waseda University, he kept going in and out of music studios, and he joined in making a demo tape for a friend of his. This demo tape started to circulate at several auditions. By the time he graduated at university, he had became a professional arranger and producer. His favorite people are The Beatles, historical personality Dazai Osamu and Akatsuka Fujio.

Kameda Seiji produces/arranges (or has done) for 175R, Callin' (Takasuzu), CHARCOAL FILTER, CLAMMBON, CUNE, Do As Infinity, Domoto Tsuyoshi, Emi with Morikamehashi, FLOW, Hirai Ken, Hirahara Ayaka, Hirosawa Tadashi, ISSA, MERENGUE, Miyazawa Kazufumi, Natural High, PIERROT, Sekai Ichi, Shiina Ringo, SOPHIA, Spitz, Suga Shikao, Uemura Kana, Yano Maki and YUKI.
