"love the island" is the debut single releaed by Suzuki Ami. It is the first and only single to be released in a 8cm CD format. The title song was used as Guam Visitors Bureau's "Guam Island Summer Matsuri '98 Campaign" CM song. The single reached #5 on the Oricon, where it charted for 22 weeks and sold 288,000 copies.
