Both songs on the single were written and composed by Mochiduki Mamoru, who previously contributed to Shiina's "Love Graduation" single. The songs found on this single do not appear on any of Shiina's studio albums.
The single reached #23 on the Oricon chart, and stayed on the chart for a total of two weeks. The single sold a total of 18,630 copies.
