with a will is the fourth album released by Shiina Hekiru. Unlike Shiina's previous three albums, this album had three single leading up to it, and Shiina also released "Iro Asenai Shunkan" as a single on the same day the album was released. The third single leading up to the album, "Dame yo! Dame yo! Dame yo!!", was not featured on the album, but it's b-side "Yasashii Hito ni Narimasho" is. The album was produced by George Asahi.
The album reached #12 on the Oricon chart, and stayed on the chart for a total of six weeks. In all the album sold a total of 75,720 copies, making it Shiina's best selling album.
