"Ashita wa Kienai" is the 24th single released by Shiina Hekiru. This is the fourth and final single out of four released to promote the work with Shiina's new producer, Kine Naoto. Unlike the previous three singles, this single's cover does not share a simialr theme. The single also features a different lyricist from the previous releases. This is the lead-in single to Shiina's ninth studio album, "Sadistic Pink".
The single reached #32 on the Oricon chart, and staying on the chart for a total of two weeks. In all, this single has sold a total of 15,250 copies.
