LEGEND 1997 is the fourth concert video and sixth overall video released by Shiina Hekiru. The video was originally released in two formats: both a VHS and laser disc format. Two months later, the video was released onto a DVD. The DVD version contains two discs, with the first disc being STARTING LEGEND '97 ~with a will~ concert and the second disc being LEGEND 1997 concert.
