Best! ~Single Collection~ is the second official (third unofficial) compilation album released by Shiina Hekiru, and this is Shiina's last release under Sony Music Entertainment. Shiina previously released a b-side collection back in 2000 (there was an overseas a-side collection released along with it). This album collects Shiina's single from her debut until her the Wings of Time-era releases. The album was released in two editions: a limited 2CD+DVD edition, and a regular 2CD edition. The album also contains two previously never released tracks: "Paradise" and "Endless Dreamer". The album was originally slated for a 2007.12.19 release, but was later pushed back a few days before the date.
The album reached #41 on the Oricon chart, and stayed on the chart for a total of two weeks.
