STARTING LEGEND "DASH" is the first concert video released by Shiina Hekiru. The video was released in both a VHS and an laser disc format. The video was taken from the final performance on Shiina's STARTING LEGEND '95 "DASH" tour. The video was recorded from the May 19th 1995 performance at Omiya Sonic City in Saitama. All the songs performed are from Shiina's second album, Respiration.
