LEGEND 1998 Side B is the sixth concert video and eighth overall video released by Shiina Hekiru. The video was released in three formats: VHS, laser disc, and a DVD version with an extra bonus track. The DVD reached #17 on the Oricon chart, and stayed on the chart for only one week.
