"LUV PARADE / Color of Life" is the fourteenth single released by MISIA. The first press of the single came with an alternate cover and a change on the tracklist. The single was released a week later her last single with Rhythmedia Tribe, "Sea of Dreams ~Tokyo DisneySea 5th Anniversary Theme Song~". It was reissued in 2008, after MISIA came back to Sony Music Japan, on the same day as her twentieth single "CATCH THE RAINBOW".
The single reached #16 on the Oricon, and charted for eight weeks.
