MISIA Hoshizora no Live III ~Music is a joy forever~ is the eleventh video release by MISIA. It contains selected footage from her third Hoshizora no Live tour in Nagasaki. On the same day a box was released containing both the Hoshizora no Live II and Hoshizora no Live III', MISIA Hoshizora no Live STAR PACKAGE ~II & III~ was a limited time release.
The DVD was later reissued, after she came back to Sony Music Japan.
