Inoue Yoshimasa (井上ヨシマサ) is a Japanese lyricist, composer, and arranger. Yoshimasa debuted in 1979 as the member of Cosmic Invention. In 1985, he debuted as a composer for Koizumi Kyoko's song "Someday". Due to this, many idol producers took notice of his work and let him compose and arrange their artists' music. He has composed for several artists including Koizumi Kyoko, Nakayama Miho, Asaka Yui, AKB48, and others.
