"Kono Yo de Ichiban Taisetsu na Mono" is the twelfth single released by Shiina Hekiru. The first press edition came with a pin-up card. There were two types released: a hundred of those were autographed, and three of them featured drawings by Shiina. This is the lead-in single to Shiina's sixth album, "Face to Face". The single was re-released on 2004.09.29, in a 12cm CD format.
The single reached #15 on the Oricon chart and stayed on the chart for a total of five weeks. The re-release failed to chart on the Oricon. This single has sold a total of 46,303 copies, making Shiina's third best selling single.
