"Lifetime Love" is the 56th single released by THE ALFEE. It was released in three versions, all with different covers and bonus tracks. The title track was used as the theme song for the drama Mikon Roku Shimai 2 and the bonus tracks were recorded on December 24, 2007 at their Nippon Budokan Christmas concert from the tour AUBE 2007 Tenga no Fune. The single reached #2 on the Oricon weekly chart, making it the band's first single in sixteen years to chart in the top three since 1992's "Promised Love". Because it sold 39,882 copies, it was the #180 single of 2008. The single was not included on a studio album.
