"REINCARNATION" is the fourth single released by Okui Masami. "REINCARNATION" and "Ryoute Ippai no Yume" were used as the opening and ending theme for the OVA Uchuu no Kishi Tekkaman Blade II. The single reached #83 on the Oricon charts and charted for one week, selling 3,890 copies.

There are currently five versions of the title track.

REINCARNATION: Found on this single as track #1, and also available as track #1 on Okui Masami's first studio album: Gyuu, and the track #6 on her first best album S-mode #1
REINCARNATION: The song was performed in a live concert, and it was appeared as the track #3 on her first live album: BEST-EST. The arrangement is different, there's a long instrumental part after the second refrain.
REINCARNATION ~Self cover ver.~: A Self cover version is available on Okui Masami's 4th best album: Ooku. This version is rock-style, and the tone is a bit higher.
REINCARNATION: Hayashibara Megumi covered this song on her 6th studio album: Enfleurage as track #2. The arrangement remained the same.
REINCARNATION (off vocal version): There's a karaoke version on this single as track #3
