"Kibou no Kane ga Naru Asa ni" is the 46th single released by THE ALFEE. It was released in two formats: a limited 12cm CD and a regular 8cm CD. The title track was used as the theme song for the first season of the drama adaptation of Salaryman Kintaro, whose soundtrack was also composed by Takamizawa Toshihiko. The single reached #8 on the Oricon weekly chart and charted for eleven weeks, selling 236,580 copies. It was the #92 best-selling single of 1999.
