"SEVEN DAYS WAR" is TM NETWORK's 14th single. The title song and b-side were used as the theme and insert songs respectively for the movie Bokura no Nanokakan Sensou. Komuro Tetsuya stated in a interview that he wanted "SEVEN DAYS WAR" to sound like a musical song. To make that sound possible, Komuro incorporated a chorus of 20 junior high students and a 12-string guitar into the song.[1] Hamasaki Ayumi would later cover the song on her single "crossroad".
The single reached #3 on the weekly Oricon charts, selling over 378,000 copies.
