Lif-e-Motions- is the tenth album released by TRF and first original album in five years. The album includes some re-recorded songs by TRF on the first disc and the second disc contains TRF songs covered by other artits. The disc 1 contains the second part of the Special tracks for Work Shop, the first part was available on the "Where to Begin" single.
The album reached #8 on the Oricon charts and charted for eleven weeks.
