"Hot Issue" is BIGBANG's second Korean mini-album. The song But I Love You includes a sampling of Redd Holt Unlimited's song Rhu, and Crazy Dog includes a sampling of Seo Taiji & Boys's song Huansang Sogae Goodae.
The album comes with a 3D paper model of G-Dragon.
