GIRLS' GENERATION is the self-titled first Japanese album released by Girls' Generation. It was released in three editions: two limited CD+DVD editions (deluxe and regular), and a regular CD-only edition. The deluxe CD+DVD edition comes housed in a box with a special photobook and a mini-bag.
The album includes the four songs released on their first three Japanese singles, "GENIE", "Gee" and MR. TAXI / Run Devil Run", the Japanese version of their Korean song "Hoot", and seven new songs.
