COSMIC EXPLORER is the fifth studio album released by Perfume. It was released in three versions: a limited 2CD+Blu-ray edition (Type-A), a limited 2CD+DVD edition (Type-B), and a regular CD Only edition. The album includes new versions of seven songs from their latest singles "Sweet Refrain", "Cling Cling", "Relax In The City / Pick Me Up" and "STAR TRAIN", as well as seven new songs for a total of 14 tracks.
An analog edition of the album was released four months later.
The album was certified Gold for shipment of 100,000 copies.
