Heart on Wave/Breakin' out is [[dream]]'s 2nd single. First pressings included one of four trading cards (one of each member, and one of all three). A VHS single was released later on April 19, 2000. Heart on Wave was used in [[dream]]'s CM for the NTT DoCoMo Camesse Petit digital camera, and as an ending theme to TV Tokyo's Sukiyaki!! London Boots Daisakusen. Breakin' out was used in one of [[dream]]'s CMs for Morinaga Chupa Chups.
